I am in a weekly writing group that I just love. It helps me put together my thoughts and ideas in often poetic and metaphorical ways.
Last week in our group, we were given the prompt of “tell me a story my friend.”
This led me into writing the story about my recent trip to New Mexico.
I was brought back to this moment in this photo at Bandelier National Monument climbing into these amazing ancient cliff dwellings.
However, in my writing, I instead saw myself climbing into the chambers of my heart to explore my true heartfelt desires.
It also occurred to me that this is what I help others do and support them with going deep into the chambers of their heart to uncover their true heartfelt desires.
So often when people come to me, their desires change and evolve as we explore what it is that they really want to create in their career and life and the difference they want to make.
Often there is fear when they discover and get clear on what they want, because at first they think it isn’t possible due to limiting thoughts and beliefs.
And then we sit with that and find ways for their dreams to come true.
